Upon receiving the query for your commission, we will begin a collaborative process. Although I can create an entire painting from photographs you supply, you may also choose a painting you like that I have completed. Then I will create a new painting with the uniform, hair and skin colors you require. We will discuss your needs and desires and reach an agreement on design and price.

At that time, a non-refundable deposit of half of the total is due. A date will be set for the painting to be shipped to you. You will be updated by email with photos of the work as it progresses. Within three days of my final email stating that the painting is ready, you will pay the balance of the painting's price and the shipping. I will ship the painting as stated under FAQ.
